I hereby authorize the National Naval Aviation Museum (NNAM), Naval Aviation Museum Foundation (NAMF) and its affiliates to publish any photographs or videos taken of me or my minor child(ren) for use in NNAM/NAMF printed publications, website, and other mediums, and for training purposes. I release NNAM/NAMF and its affiliates from any expectation of confidentiality and attest by my signature that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed and that I have authority to permit NNAM/NAMF to use said photographs and/or video for promotional and training purposes. I acknowledge that participation in the event is voluntary. I acknowledge that NNAM/NAMF confers no rights in photos and/or video of my minor child(ren) and that neither me nor my minor child(ren) will receive financial or other compensation for use of such photo and/or video.

All visitors coming aboard NAS Pensacola who do not have a Department of Defense ID, must enter through the West Gate (Blue Angel Parkway).  Each adult in the vehicle must be prepared to show a Real ID (star ID) to come aboard.
