Release of Liability *

I certify that my minor child/ward is fully capable of participating in the Girls in Aviation Gulf Coast Event. I understand possible risks in the program or activities. In consideration of my child/ward being Allowed to participate in the program, I agree to assume any and all risk for my child/ward while participating in the event and other activities related directly or indirectly to it, and I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless, and I hereby release, acquit and covenant not to sue, the United States government, its agents, employees, and representatives for any and all damages, losses, or personal injury to my child or ward, including those caused as a result of the negligence of my child/ward, the negligence of another participant in the Girls in Aviation Gulf Coast Event or activity, or the negligence of the United States and any of its employees, representatives or agents.

Photo Release *

I hereby authorize the National Naval Aviation Museum, the Naval Aviation Museum Foundation, Women in Aviation International and all affiliates, contractors, or third parties of the Girls in Aviation Day Event on November 16, 2024, to publish photographs and video taken of the minor child/children listed below for use in print, online, and video-based marketing.

I further acknowledge the participation is voluntary and that neither I or the minor child or children will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs.

Refunds *

I understand that the five dollars per registrant for participating in Gulf Coast Girls in Aviation Day 2024 is non-refundable.

REAL ID/Base Access *

All visitors coming aboard NAS Pensacola who do not have a Department of Defense ID, must enter through the West Gate (Blue Angel Parkway) after 9 am. Each adult in the vehicle must be prepared to show a REAL ID (star ID) to come aboard.

Clear Bag Policy *

All bags entering the Museum must be clear or the size of one's hand. Exceptions include diaper bags and medical bags. All bags of any size or form are subject to search.
